The first time Chingay was being held at Tampines... Lucky us get to see them as they pass by right in front of my house...  Preparations started as early as 3plus in the afternoon... The weather was freaking humid and warm... I really pity the people involved... So from 6plus onwards, all I can hear is the emcee talking, loud musics blah blah blah... Nice lighted 'hua che' passing by...  

Thank god everything ended at 9pm... Cuz by 8, I was having headache due to the noise made...  I'm not a fan of Chingay, but since its just so near to my house so I went down to snap some pictures...
