I wanna try this Lancome product. But its kinda expensive eh.. $168 if I'm not wrong. Hate the little scars left behind after my pimples bid me goodbye! Where has my clear and flawless complexion gone to?!! Anybody wanna be a kind soul and sponsor me?

Tried yoghurt for the second time in my life. The first time I tried dunno what brand de - super sour . My aunt let me taste the Meji youghurt that she bought. Must say that it taste 10x more better. What's more it has nata de coco in it. Yummy~! Happily ate the whole cup down. Googled alittle on yoghurt :

Yoghurt is nutritionally rich in protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. It has nutritional benefits beyond those of milk. People who are moderately lactose-intolerant can enjoy yoghurt without ill effects, because much of the lactose in the milk precursor is converted to lactic acid by the bacterial culture.

Yoghurt also has medical uses, in particular for a variety of gastrointestinal conditions, and in preventing antibiotic-associated diarrhea. One study suggests that eating yoghurt containing L. acidophilus helps prevent vulvovaginal candidiasis, though the evidence is not conclusive.

Yoghurt is believed to promote good gum health, possibly because of the probiotic effect of lactic acids present in yoghurt.

A study published in the International Journal of Obesity (11 January 2005) also found that the consumption of low fat yoghurt can promote weight loss. In the trial, obese individuals who ate 3 servings of low fat yoghurt a day as part of a low calorie diet lost 22% more weight than the control group who only cut back on calories and did not have extra calcium. They also lost 81% more abdominal fat.

I'm trying my best to include more vegetables and fruits daily, and trying to gulp down lots of water like how I used to do so back then when I was schooling.

No pain no gain, working towards a better clearer complexion.  =D

I find that its alright for us to spend the weekend at BKK, but my mum is not that supportive of my idea. Gonna ask my ah ma for her opinion tomorrow. I hope she'll say yes! Cause I know Baby wants to go shopping! I want Fanta, bird nest, shark fin, A&W, tom yum goong, mango salad, green curry, pork burger , pork noodle soup, Dairy Queen ice cream, minced pork cup noodles, Naraya bags and lots of shoppings!!

BKK is really a cheap place where you can shop, eat great yummy spicy food and of course travel by taxis because it is so much cheaper than S'pore. Its nice to know that Baby enjoys going to BKK. If we decided to go ahead this weekend, it'll be his 2nd time there and my 6 or 7 time. Hehe... My brother don't understand why I like going to BKK so much. Maybe because I cannot resist all the spicy food especially tom yum goong..  =P
