I must learn to love the fool in me... The one who feels too much, talks too much, think too much, wins sometimes and loses often, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurts, laughs more and cries less often.
Sometimes I'm too harsh to myself. Or rather I'm keeping way too much stuff and emotions, that makes me breathless and restricted.
It's important not to 'over exert' yourself. Learn to share the heavy burden with your partner, friends or family members. Letting off some steam. Having someone to talk to or even to make me laugh.
We are sometimes urged to expect the unexpected, to prepare ourselves for the least likely outcome in any situation. We need to do a better job of expecting the expected, that we often do not prepare for those things we know are likely to be coming. It's hard work and discipline that helps you push things in your own direction.. We are the reason and we are the ones that make things happen. There is no destiny that shapes our end, we shape it ourselves. In the long run, you will reap something more valuable if you take a longer view. The good outweighs the bad, and that's ultimately what counts.

Love makes a differences. You can love someone at first sight, but the love can take a year or more to realize. When u love someone, u don't see their faults. The love is everything.
